We are excited to welcome Amy Herbert to the Russell Herder team as our client services account manager. In this role, Amy leads the client-agency relationship, diving in to understand our clients’ needs and desired outcomes and helping the agency translate that knowledge into actionable plans. Amy uses her skills in strategic marketing planning, project management, and communication to deliver exceptional service and exceptional work to our clients.
Amy brings both client-side and agency-side experience, having led marketing initiatives during her time with Global 500 company RBC and designing marketing and public relations plans during her years as an independent agency of one. She has worked across a wide spectrum of industries, including retail, beverage, financial, manufacturing, government, and public services, among others.
When not working with Russell Herder clients, Amy directs her high energy to traveling and spending time outdoors. She recently checked off a lifetime bucket list item of visiting each of the 50 states in the U.S. when she and her family visited Alaska for hiking in the Juneau area.
