As many Minnesota businesses struggle to build a competent and qualified workforce, The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry asked us to introduce the benefits of apprenticeship to employers and potential candidates. Apprentices can earn as they learn in more than 100 categories of apprenticeship, and provide employers with motivated, high-performing employees.

Rigorous research helped us better understand the needs and priorities of employers and candidates alike. These insights informed all aspects of the project, resulting in a series of dynamic videos featuring the benefits of apprenticeship, which were featured on a newly designed website and across social media channels.
