Being in the heart of Minneapolis, HCMC serves diverse populations with a world-class array of services. Russell Herder was charged with developing a communications plan that could encompass the growth of a full range of services.

Building upon the phrase, “Every Life Matters.” we developed a positioning platform that informed multiple campaigns. Our work emphasized HCMC’s years of service and multiple specialty areas, such as their Traumatic Brain Injury Center. A comprehensive internal communications campaign was supported with a full external media, public relations and social media effort.
