Russell Herder’s newest digital analyst, Jen Deglmann, has been an imperative part of the strategy and reporting teams since she began in May 2017. A testament to Jen’s continued development and dedication, she has become both Google AdWords and Analytics certified, adding to the Google Premier Partner status that Russell Herder currently possesses.
Jen says, “It seems like there’s this misconception that utilizing analytics and paid advertising is black and white. You either depend on it wholly or shy away from it all together. I’m passionate about pursuing the middle ground. . . combining the power of expertise of these tools with the personal knowledge we have of our clients and their advertising.”
Premier Partner status means Google has determined the RH digital team has achieved a high level of expertise in AdWords, Google Analytics and other tools to interpret data, identify gaps that can translate into opportunity, and make actionable recommendations that optimize client budgets and improve results. We’re excited that Jen will continue to grow the tradition of success that has been created within Russell Herder digital.
Since entering the agency scene in Minneapolis, Jen has been a very active participant in the community as a whole. Among other volunteering activities, she is an assistant director for IoTFuse, Minnesota’s largest internet of things meetup. Jen also sits on the young professionals’ board for YouthLink, a local nonprofit for youth homelessness.
