Experience is everything. Here’s how it’s driving our newest team members to think and act boldly.

Packy Savvenas, Senior Digital and Full Stack Web Designer

Packy joins Russell Herder as a web designer skilled in taking companies’ brands and products to the next level. His experience building websites across a range of industries has cultivated his ability to create dynamic online solutions unique to each organization’s needs. As a “full stack” developer with years of experience, Packy is a master of multiple programming languages, able to tackle deep technical issues or design elegant responses to user demands.

Katelyn Conroy, Digital Director

Katelyn joins Russell Herder with deep digital marketing experience and a specialty in PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns. Her previous work includes both B2B and B2C clients as well as experience in DTC (Direct To Consumer) eCommerce. Katelyn’s account growth strategies are data-driven and developed through the lens of the larger digital strategy and customer journey to ensure achievement of organizational goals. She enjoys discussing and teaching all aspects of digital marketing, communicating effectively with those outside the digital marketing industry. Katelyn possesses the unique ability to convey vital technical information without excessive technical jargon. When she’s not working, Katelyn loves traveling and photography, all things French, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Erin Vasseur, Account Supervisor

Erin brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside creatives and clients in non-for-profits, Fortune 100 companies, and creative agencies. Erin began her career as a member of a small team that conceived, created and launched Minnesota Historical Society’s Mill City Museum, and honed her strategy, storytelling, client relations and project management skills at KNOCK Inc., a retail-focused design firm, working for such clients as Target. Erin has led brand positioning initiatives at UnitedHealth Group and most recently, she worked with clients such as Oprah Winfrey’s 2020 Vision Tour, WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers), Google, the National Park Foundation, Cure Epilepsy, UnitedHealth Group and Be the Match while at short-form video production company Long Story Short, based in Washington, D.C. Her curiosity, creativity, big-picture thinking and attention to detail allows her to thrive as an account supervisor, propelling projects forward with intense organization and a mastery over chaos. When she’s not working, she spends her winters skiing with her family and her summers up north.

Stephanie Batten, Account Manager

Stephanie brings previous digital marketing agency and social media management experience to Russell Herder, with background creating content, executing strategies, partnering with influencers, and impactfully growing brand presence. As account manager, Stephanie provides marketing expertise and crafts creative plans for clients across a wide range of industries, helping them identify and achieve strategic goals. She enjoys thinking outside the box, putting creativity to work by applying new ideas to brands, projects and campaigns. In her free time, Stephanie is often working on her Etsy shop, traveling and exploring new places — near and far — and spoiling her dog, Mocha.
