Meet Russell Herder’s Dynamic Summer Interns

Our interns are already making a positive impact.

At Russell Herder, fresh perspectives and new ideas are highly valued. This summer, we welcome three interns who are already making great contributions to our team: Emma, Maren, and Rhiley. Each brings unique skills, passions, and experiences to the team, supporting our creative work. Here’s a closer look at the talented individuals helping shape our agency’s future.

Emma – Graphic Designer
Emma joins us as a graphic designer, and is captivated by the transformative potential of visual communication. Currently studying Graphic Design and Marketing at Bethel University, Emma is actively involved in multiple student organizations, and leads a communications and marketing committee.

Emma sought out Russell Herder after recognizing several of our campaigns: Know The Dangers and Treat People Like People. Projects like these inspire her, and she has a passion for creating compelling visuals for campaigns that serve the wider community.

Maren – Content and Communications
Maren joins us with a background in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies from UW-Madison. Her background covers a breadth of topics, including consumer packaged goods, pharmacy, and education.

While studying and working in Australia, Maren discovered that many agencies she admired were B Corps. When she returned to Minnesota, she specifically sought out B Corps to learn more about, and then discovered Russell Herder. She looks forward to being involved in creative work that serves social and environmental causes in the future.

Rhiley – Social Media Marketing
Rhiley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University and gets energized talking about industry trends, marketing methods, consumer behavior, and strategic planning.

Rhiley decided to intern with Russell Herder when she saw the vast array of public wellness campaigns we’ve worked on. She’s excited to explore the different aspects of an agency even more over the summer, as she contributes to social media campaigns and discovers new aspects of marketing.

Emma, Maren, and Rhiley bring fresh energy and a new set of skills to Russell Herder. Their unique perspectives enhance our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients, and our team, in turn, helps them gain experience. We are proud that our work on public wellness campaigns attracts such talented people.
