Built to evolve. Ready to respond.

The drug and substance use landscape is constantly changing. With Know The Dangers, so does your strategy.

In response to the emergence of synthetic drugs and the opioid crisis, we partnered with the Minnesota Department of Human Services to launch Know The Dangers. Since 2014, this educational resource ecosystem has been constantly evolving alongside the ever-changing realities in our state.

From prescription opioids to fake pills, fentanyl, tranq and beyond, knowthedangers.com has been here to help. Clear, fact-based information connects people to practical knowledge, lifesaving harm-reduction tools and recovery resources that are grounded in their backgrounds and personal situations.

Authentic. Trusted. Effective.

Cocreation takes out the guesswork and amplifies community voices.

By partnering directly with local organizations, cultural leaders and advocacy groups in your county, we build messaging that resonates with the people it’s meant to serve. The result? Campaigns that truly connect with your audience.

Keep up with the next generation

There is no tougher crowd than teens and young adults. The solution: Let them use their own voice instead of talking at them.

Younger people are often the ones most affected by substance use and addiction. That gives them a powerful and authentic perspective on the messages they really want to hear. Partnering with youth groups across the state, their unique insights have shaped youth-focused social campaigns that generate meaningful engagement, earn millions of views, thousands of comments and, most importantly, help young people feel seen and understood.

Youth Focused Outreach

Local impact by design

No two counties or communities are the same. Get the messaging that hits home in your county.
