RH Wrapped 2024

A Year of Growth at Russell Herder

Looking back on 2024, it’s clear that this year has been one of significant growth and success for Russell Herder and our clients. We’ve made strides that affirm our position as a boundary-breaking, forward-thinking and fast-moving agency. Here’s a recap of our major milestones from the past year:

Client Growth and Retention
One of the highlights of 2024 has been the remarkable 27% increase in new clients, showcasing our ability to consistently deliver value across multiple industries, including government, hospitality, design and construction, and health and medical. This growth has helped us strengthen our relationships and expand our expertise into new sectors, all while maintaining a 96% client retention rate. Our commitment to deepening partnerships and providing exceptional service will always be our priority.

Social Media Impact
Our work in the social media space continues to thrive because we’ve seen a 106% increase in new followers across all our clients’ social platforms. This surge demonstrates the power of well-executed, creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and build long-lasting brand loyalty.

Digital Advertising Excellence
Thanks to our strategic efforts, total ad clicks across all campaigns saw a 27% increase, driving more traffic and engagement than ever. We also delivered measurable improvements in ad performance, including a 107% increase in click-through rates (CTR) compared to 2023. This means our clients’ ads were more relevant, engaging and successful at converting leads into meaningful interactions. Perhaps most importantly, we achieved these results while decreasing costs; our clients enjoyed a 9% reduction in cost per click (CPC), making their digital investments even more efficient.

B Corp Certification
We’re particularly proud of our ongoing commitment to social and environmental responsibility, reflected in our latest B Corp score of 114.3 that we received from re-certification in 2024. This represents a 38% increase from our original score in 2017 and a 6% improvement over our 2021 score. These results show our unwavering dedication to improving our impact on the community, the environment and our employees.

Looking Forward
As we head into 2025, we are energized by the momentum we’ve built and the new opportunities on the horizon. Whether we’re helping our clients break into new markets, optimizing their digital presence, or continuing to build on our commitment to social responsibility, we are confident that the year ahead will be even more exciting.

Here’s to another incredible year of growth and collaboration!
