Danielle Smith, Digital Director
Danielle brings over a decade of experience in digital marketing to Russell Herder. With a proven track record in SEO/SEM optimization, brand growth, and strategic partnerships, Danielle is passionate about driving data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility while aligning with core business objectives. Equipped with a BA in marketing and certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot Content Marketing, she is celebrated for her innovative problem-solving skills and her commitment to achieving exceptional results. Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and adventuring with her two dogs. Her decision to join a B-Corp reflects her desire to align her career with a larger purpose, leveraging her digital expertise to create a meaningful impact.

Reginald Turner, CFO
Reggie is a dynamic financial leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance management, and project consulting. Originally from Detroit, MI, he holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a degree in Applied Business from the University of Minnesota. His career includes several leadership roles, most notably Portfolio Technology Manager at U.S. Bank where he demonstrated a talent for managing complex financial portfolios. Reggie is passionate about mentorship, particularly within the Black community, and is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and a Free and Accepted Mason. His decision to join a B Corp aligns with his personal values, emphasizing social impact and community development. When he’s not managing complex financial portfolios, Reggie raises five children and looks forward to being an empty nester in a few years. Dedicated to both his family and community, Reggie exemplifies leadership that extends beyond the workplace.
